Shipping and Handling

US Shipping: We offer free shipping to the US on most of our items. 

International Shipping: In addition to the shipping rate, some countries charge an import tax, or customs fee. The government gots to get theirs right?  The customer is responsible for all additional fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information on your countries policies.

Production Time: Most items ship within 3 days. Large items take up to 5, and  full armor sets may take 2 weeks or a little longer. If you are unsure about an item contact us to get an estimated production time.

 

Returns

Return Policy: We accept US returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. 

Please contact us before returning your item. 

International Returns: In most cases we cannot accept international returns. If you have an issue please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

Refunds:  All refunds will be issued to the original payment method for your order, within 2 business days of receiving your return.
