Mirrored Visor for Costume Helmet Club Approved Helmet Visor Material
Our universal mirrored visor material is thick enough to be used alone or can be paired with a clear sheet for ultimate durability.
This comes in 9" x 13" or 33mm x 22mm rectangular sheet, but we can make it larger.

This is the visor material we use for our Mandalorian helmets, but it can be used for many different costume helmets.
These mirrored visors obscure your face enough to be accepted by costume clubs.
NOTE: If you bend the material sharply it may separate causing a bubble or dent. You can usually smooth these out on a flat surface.
These are not suitable for vacuum forming.
Instructions
If you decide to pair this with a transparent sheet to make it thicker then you should do that before cutting it.
1. Spray soapy water on the clear sheet.
2. Remove the silver backing and apply the colored visor to the clear sheet.
3.Squeegee out the soap and then its ready to cut.
After cutting it to shape we like like to use tape to hold it in place, then you can apply glue around the edges to fix it permanently.
Since these are universal it isn't possible to give instructions for each helmet but this should get you started.
